Bit More Than You Can Chew?

Feel like this sometimes?
Took on more than you can handle?
Bit more than you can chew?










Whatever it was
what ever it is

you can always put it down
spit it out

If only for just one moment
try it 
just for now
put it down


 For now,
Allow your mind to 
move this matter aside


and
Just
become more aware of this moment
of your breathing

right now
just be

go in

seek
your
essence


turn your attention inward
notice your breathing
take in a deep breath
be in the moment



repeat as many times as you like
come back here for a reminder or for new relaxing inspirations




you've done a good job, a great job taking a moment to just be
